Responsibilities
- Run monthly closes and reconciliations for assigned clients
- Prepare financial statement packages and flag anomalies
- Process payroll and related filings
- Answer client questions promptly and clearly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in accounting or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of bookkeeping or staff accounting work
- Solid grasp of basic accounting principles
- Organized enough to juggle several clients at once
Nice to have
- QuickBooks Online certification
- Gusto or ADP experience
Compensation
$60k to $75k depending on experience, plus group health insurance, 401k match, 10 paid holidays, and 13 to 18 vacation days that grow with tenure. Excellent career and income opportunities exist for someone who grows with us.
